Layout of the decoration of location (stairs) / Brainstorm ideas / Total cost of items.
Preparation (shopping of items) / Drawing of cartoon characters etc / Layout.
Banners (work hand in hand with publicity)

4. PUBLICITY ;

Design posters / flyers / announcement idea / find cost of each items.
Print out posters / flyers.
Give out prepared items (walls? stairs)
Embark on painting of banners with deco committee.

5. VIDEO , PHOTOGRAPHY ;

Jobscope: Snap pics (haha!) In-charge would brief you people.

6. CONCERT ATTIRE ;
In-charges:
Huifen, Xinjie.
Members:
Anzu, Joni.
Jobscope:
Check concert attire, (grey pants/skirts) & order.
Brainstorm on ideas for concert accessories.
Prepare all items (shopping)
Deadlines: 30th December 2009.

(starts only on 30th November)

Huiyi, Jiamin, Emily, Melissa.
Jobscope:
Brainstorm on ideas of presents. Find the cost.
Prepare all presents. (Conductors / VIPS)

Ensure that all the work and deadlines are met.
Help out with the committees that are not meeting the requirements.

Uh, each of you will receive another holiday schedule (Nov & Dec)
inclusive of ..
main band pracs, drills, (additional tutoring for some sections), band chalet, alumni pracs.
Please take note that the confirmed band days are on Monday and Friday [:
(perhaps we might have captain's ball after band aaahh)
